Your reservation is confirmed by paying the deposit, which is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
2. Payment:
The full amount must be paid at least 2 days prior to the event.
3. Amendments:
Any changes to the event details must be made at least 10 days in advance and may incur additional fees.
4. Circumstances beyond our control:
We are not responsible for cancellations or delays due to weather, official decisions, or any other emergency.
5. Team Safety:
We are passionate about our work, so we ask our valued customers to respect the team and not interfere with the arrangements.
6. Use of Images:
We may share footage from our events on our marketing accounts, unless you request otherwise in advance.
7. Preparations:
The client is responsible for providing the necessary equipment (electricity, suitable space, entrances) to facilitate our work.
We are happy to accommodate your additional requests for flowers, candles, or furniture during the event; however, please note that the cost of these will be deducted from your security deposit. If the deposit does not cover the cost of these additions, the full remaining amount must be paid.
