Safety Policy
We are committed to delivering high-quality décor services while ensuring the safety of our clients and team. To maintain a safe environment, the following rules apply:
1. The use of real candles is strictly prohibited near flowers, fabric, balloons, or any flammable materials.
2. If the client requests candles, LED candles only will be provided.
3. The client must not light any candles or add heat sources after the team leaves the venue. Any such action is the client’s full responsibility.
4. Our team will photograph the setup before leaving and ensure all heat sources (if any) are extinguished.
5. Once the client receives the setup, they assume full responsibility for the safety of the area.
Liability Disclaimer
By proceeding with the booking, the client agrees to the following:
- The company is not responsible for any damage, fire, or loss caused by moving décor, lighting candles, or adding heat sources after our team has left the venue.
- The company is not liable for any accidents resulting from the client’s misuse of décor items.
- The client accepts full responsibility for the safety of the venue after the service is completed
